Housing Preference Form

Once you are ready to make your housing preferences, you can access the Housing Preference Form. This form requires your Go2DPU login (username and password) which was included in the housing information you received in your enrollment packet. If you have difficulty logging into the preference form, please call the DePauw HelpDesk at (765) 658-4294.

Here are some things to remember when completing your preference form:

• All special housing requests (roommates, health conditions, etc.) must be indicated on your preference form and reach our office by May 21. (Please note: any special health requests must be documented by a physician.)
• Roommate requests must be reciprocal to be honored in housing placement.
• If you desire to live in substance free housing, be sure to indicate this as your top priority.
• Also, please remember that if you medically require an air conditioned room, you must submit the Medical Verification for Air Conditioning form by May 21, 2007.

Your Housing Assignment

Once completed, your housing assignment and your roommate information will be posted on e-Services. At that time, you also receive the name, address, and phone number of your roommate(s), and more specific information about your room and residence hall community. Housing assignments will be posted in mid-June.
