What is Contribute?

Contribute is an easy-to-use web authoring tool. At DePauw, it is the alternative to Dreamweaver authoring. If you need to maintain a department website, but don't intend to make major format changes, you may prefer Contribute for its simplicity. In order to get started using Contribute for updates on a DePauw website, you contact the webteam (webteam@depauw.edu) for web authoring access.

Contribute is distributed as part of Macromedia Studio 8. If you are on campus, you can download Studio 8 from the IT Helpdesk Downloads page.
