Printing at DePauw

About iPrint and PCounter

iPrint enables you to print from your personal computer or laptop (Windows and MacIntosh computers) to the public access printers throughout campus. PCounter keeps track of how many pages you have printed.

DePauw Students can print to public access printers using iPrint and PCounter. These tools are used for printing computer documents only and are not used for photo copying. You must be logged into Novel Client (Windows) or Network Alias Icon for Pcounter (Mac).

Student Print Quotas - Each student will be given a set amount of “free” print units per semester.
Academic Class Free Print Units (based on black&white prints)
1st, 2nd, 3rd year Students 400 Pages ($20)
Seniors 500 Pages ($25)

Note: this page is only accessible from on campus.

Any unused first semester units will transfer to second semester. All unused units will be forfeited on May 31 of each year. You can add more money to your account at the ID/One Card Office in the Union Building, or at any of the University Library service desks.
