Leaves:
Edges of leaves have rounded lobes. Lobes may be shallow or deep depending on whether the leaves are in the sun or shade.

Bark:
Bark is light gray with shallow fissures.

Fruit:
Acorns are long and thin, enclosed by a shallow cup. Acorns germinate shortly after falling from tree.
