DePauw University is fully accredited through the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association. Our most recent reaffirmation of accreditation was September 2012. This accreditation allows DePauw University to offer degrees at the Bachelors level. The School of Music at DePauw University is accredited through the National Association of Schools of Music. This accreditation covers the three degrees awarded through the School of Music: Bachelor of Music (Performance), Bachelor of Music Arts, and Bachelor of Music Education.
DePauw University is also accredited by the University Senate of the United Methodist Church, the Committee on Professional Training of the American Chemical Society and the Indiana Professional Standards Board for the State of Indiana.
