Chemistry and Biochemistry

SEMINAR SCHEDULE 2009-2010

"Critical reading of the chemical literature and critical listening
to seminar presentations played a central role in our training.
These habits not only kept us up to date, but on occasion served to
uncover new research opportunties."*

Seminars may be at 11:30 am or 3:45 p.m.
on Thursdays in Julian 375 or the Auditorium - as noted below

The Awesome Dawson Award is given to departmental majors
who attend twenty or more seminars during their junior and senior year.
In addition to getting your name on a plaque hanging in the department,
you will also receive a gift certificate to Barnes and Noble.

This page is updated frequently as new information becomes available.
Please check back often.

B &/or C in the last column indicates which events earn seminar credit
for biochemistry (B) and chemistry (C) majors.
