Prof. Schindler is currently the Assistant Field Director for the Hacimusalar Project, and ongoing archaeological project in southwest Turkey.
Professor Schindler is currently the Co-PI with Pedar W. Foss, “A first step towards a Collaboratory for GIS and Mediterranean Archaeology (CGMA),” Mellon Foundation four-year grant for $197,000.
Professor Schindler has completed a number of collaborative research projects with students.
