Senior Economics Majors Information The comprehensive exam is worth 25% of the student's grade in ECON 480, Senior Seminar. It is a two hour, standardized exam given once per academic year. The exam date is March 17, 2010 and the exam begins promptly at 6:30 p.m. All students should arrive at least 15 minutes early so seats may be assigned and attendance taken. The location for the exam will be announced. No calculators are allowed. Students will be billed for the exam through their student account prior to the exam date.
Information from the testing company, Educational Testing Service, for this exam may be obtained from their website, www.ets.org/hea/mft/index.html , or http://www.ets.org and choose Major Field Tests and then select Economics, or you may visit the Economics and Management's Department office (210 Harrison Hall) to pick up a hard copy of the information. The senior requirement for a major in Economics consists of the completion of
