Curriculum

Lilly Center Athletic Training Facility
The Lilly Center Athletic Training Facility was completed in the winter of 1994. It contains a variety of therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation equipment and is approximately 1900 square feet. Offices for the Director of Sports Medicine and Assistant Athletic Trainers along with a physician's exam room are located in this facility. The facility is separated into hydrotherapy, treatment, rehabilitation, taping and educational resource areas.. The resource area is supplied with a study area, TV/VCR, sports medicine reference books, periodicals, videos and several anatomical models.

The Lilly Center Athletic Training Facility is used for morning treatments and rehabilitation as well as practice preparation for men's and women's basketball, swimming & diving, and volleyball teams.

Rehab Equipment

Indoor Track & Tennis Training Facility
This training room serves as a satellite training room for home Indoor Track and Tennis events. This facility is always stocked with a variety of wound managment and acute care items. During events certain modalities such as ice are brought in to accomodate muliiple teams    

Blackstock Stadium - Training Room
The Blackstock Athletic Training Facility was completed in the summer of 1998. This facility is approximately 1900 square feet and contains areas for hydrotherapy, treatment, storage, taping, and rehabilitation as well as a physician exam room that doubles as an administrative office. The facility contains a variety of therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation equipment for the treatment of athletes and the education of athletic training students. The Blackstock stadium facility is primarily used for practice preparation for football, baseball, field hockey, softball, track and field and soccer, cross country, and tennis.
