Information for Providers

Faculty leading Winter Term courses off campus often partner with program providers to develop itineraries based on the academic goals of the course.

Partnering with DePauw University

DePauw University does not endorse any one provider and faculty leaders often independently connect with providers offering a variety of services in the development of academic courses off campus.  Providers are welcome to send promotional material to the Civic, Global & Professional Opportunity staff to be shared with potential faculty leaders.

Providers wishing to partner with DePauw University must submit a contract or memorandum of understanding detailing the services provided, cost per participant, any discounts or benefits offered to leadership, and cancellation policy. Contacts will be reviewed and signed by individuals endowed with the authority to do so on behalf of the institution.

Payments for Services

With an official invoice and completed tax information, DePauw can process payments to providers in the form a check, credit card, or wire transfer (international vendors only). Processing time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. 

Visits to Campus

Civic, Global & Professional Opportunities welcomes program providers who wish to visit campus and meet with potential faculty leaders.  Please contact Mandy Brookins Blinn for information about scheduling a campus visit.
