Book Chapter Published by Department Faculty Member (Summer, 2009)

Dave Berque, Professor of Computer Science, has written a chapter for a book entitled "1-to-1 Learning: Laptop Programs that Work". The book was published by the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) and is available through Amazon.Com. Berque's chapter is entitled "1-to-1 Tablet PC Programs that Work". The chapter shows how Tablet PCs can be used effectively in K12 classrooms and presents three case studies of schools with successful 1-to-1 Tablet PC programs (one Tablet PC per student.)
