Graduates Complete Ph.D.s in Computer Science (Summer, 2008)
In the past year a number of graduates from DePauw's Computer Science program have completed Ph.D.s in Computer Science and related fields. Lindsay Harris (DePauw Class of 2001) has completed a Ph.D. from Clemson University and is now teaching at Saint Mary's College. Jason Day (also DePauw Class of 2001) recently completed a Ph.D. at Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and now works at Microsoft Research. Ed Nightingale (DePauw Class of 2002) received a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan and now works at Microsoft Research. Finally, Sara Owsley Sood (DePauw Class of 2002 and pictured on this page) received a Ph.D. from Northwestern University about a year ago and now teaches Computer Science at Pomona College.
