Student Researcher Wins Prize at Poster Competition (Summer, 2008)

During the summer of 2008 DePauw students Kasey
Aderhold, Andrew Porter and Kervory Samuel worked on a project to design a "Multi-Hop Timing-Sync Algorithm for Sensor Networks" under the leadership of Professor Khadija Stewart. Kervory Samuel (pictured on this page) gave a poster presentation based on this work at the 2008 Conference of African American Researchers in the Mathematical Sciences (CAARMS) and was awarded first prize in the undergraduate research category. Congratulations to Kervory and his collaborators!
