The AAMC (American Association of Medical Colleges), the folks that bring you the MCAT and the AMCAS, have an extensive web site, which includes a list of accredited medical schools with links to their homepages. There is also much helpful information about the AMCAS (The American Medical College Application Service), including an electronic application program you can download (Windows only).
The Princeton Review maintains an excellent list of medical school webpages and resources. It also has a section, the Princeton Review Online | Medical, where you read reports about the MCAT exam and find where and when Princeton Review courses are taught. Kaplan also has an extensive site, mostly on preparing for the MCAT, but also including links to medical schools and related sites.
Students interested in osteopathic medicine can find information at the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine page. It includes a downloadable application, as well as links to the osteopathic schools.
Indiana University School of Medicine has information about its many programs at its website. Many students are interested in the graduate program in physiology and biophysics, which offers an excellent masters program for students wishing to go on to medical school. The program requires the same preparation courses as medical school and course work in the program can count toward medical school.
The Interactive Medical Student Lounge is a great resource, both for medical students and pre-meds. The American Medical Student Association (AMSA) also has a site which contains an area for pre-meds.

Washington University maintains a good site, MEDVET, with links to vet school homepages and application information. A related site, NETVET, is more extensive.
