Adjustment Deadlines

If circumstances prevent meeting these deadlines and students notify the Registrar's Office before the deadline, an extension may be granted without a fee assessment.

Adjustments made after the above deadlines, (especially the pass/fail and the withdrawal deadlines) may be made only under extraordinary circumstances with the permission of the Petitions Committee.

There is a $40 processing fee for late adjustments approved by the Committee.

There are no tuition refunds after the six-day adjustment period (includes music fees and changing from full-time to part-time status).
