TRANSCRIPT REQUEST INFORMATION
WHAT CONSTITUTES A TRANSCRIPT:
  • includes all information on the student's permanent record relative to courses, credits, grades and degrees earned, major gpa, and cum gpa
  • transferred credit (not grades or gpa) accepted by DePauw is included

REQUESTING A TRANSCRIPT: (Alumni and Non-Current Students)

  • issued only upon the student's written request and signed release (phone requests cannot be honored)
  • information needed:
    • full current name
    • any and all previous names
    • last four digits of social security number
    • day time phone number
    • current mailing address
    • e-mail address
    • year of graduation or date of last attendance at DePauw
    • date of birth
    • name, title, complete address of person to whom the transcript is to be mailed OR the fax number (faxed copies are not considered "official")
    • number of copies to be sent

COST FOR A TRANSCRIPT:

  • Your first ten transcripts are available at no charge
  • After ten have been issued, you can replenish your account with ten additional transcripts for a $40.00 charge
  • We are not equipped to accept payment by credit cards. Please mail payment to the address above.

PROCESSING TIME:

  • transcripts are not issued until all accounts with the University are cleared
  • transcripts are processed and post marked within two business days from receipt of request
  • If you would like your transcript expedited overnight with FedEx, you must include credit card information: type of card and expiration date. FedEx will charge your credit card for the overnight shipping cost
