Effective February 14, 2010, lenders of private education loans are required to collect a completed and signed Self-Certification Form prior to disbursing loan proceeds.
Students should always follow instructions provided to them by their lender. The information below will help when completing the Self-Certification Form.

A. Cost of Attendance
The standard cost of attendance for most students in the 2012-13 academic year is $51,130. This includes the cost of tuition, fees, room, board, books, personal expenses and travel.
B. Estimated Financial Assistance
This is the total Financial Aid that you have been awarded as shown on the most current financial aid award letter or merit scholarship notification.
Subtract "B" from "A" to obtain the maximum amount eligible to be certified with a private loan.
