Admission Events

DePauw University offers several programs over the course of the year to allow you to learn more about DePauw. Our on-campus events are a great way to experience DePauw. You can tour the campus and learn more about programs and services offered. We also have off-campus events which allow you to connect with admission counselors and alumni in your area.

See our Event Schedule for a list of upcoming events.  Click on the events below for more details and registration information.

WINTER RECEPTIONS

Each year members of the DePauw family open their homes to prospective students.  This is a great way to learn about DePauw without having to travel from home.  You will have a chance to hear about the experiences of alumni and other members of the DePauw family, talk with an admission counselor and meet other students from your area considering DePauw.  Join us for some light fare, beverages and great conversation.

FALL FRIDAYS AT DEPAUW

Fall Fridays at DePauw  provide high school Seniors an opportunity to experience DePauw as a student. Prospective students will be paired with a current DePauw student for the day. With your student host you will attend classes, have lunch, tour campus and see the residence halls. With advance notice, the Office of Admission can arrange admission interviews, meetings with faculty members or coaches.

For parents and other guests joining us for Fall Fridays at DePauw, we will provide sessions to help you gain an understanding of DePauw’s admission requirements and the financial aid process. You will also learn more about academics and resources available to DePauw students, through the Hubbard Center for Student Engagement.

Because we maintain a highly personalized program for each of our guests, attendance at Fall Fridays at DePauw is limited to 50 students per event. For this reason, reservations are limited to high school Seniors and are on a first-come, first-served basis. We look forward to you joining us for one of these special events.
