DePauw University offers several programs over the course of the year to allow you to learn more about DePauw. Our on-campus events are a great way to experience DePauw. You can tour the campus and learn more about programs and services offered. We also have off-campus events which allow you to connect with admission counselors and alumni in your area.
See our Event Schedule for a list of upcoming events. Click on the events below for more details and registration information.
Tiger Pride Days provide high school Seniors an opportunity to experience DePauw as a student. Prospective students will be paired with a current DePauw student for the day. With your student host you will attend classes, have lunch, tour campus and see the residence halls. With advance notice, the Office of Admission will arrange meetings with faculty members or coaches from the academic areas/sports you are considering.
For parents and other guests joining us for Tiger Pride Days, we will provide sessions to help you gain an understanding of DePauw’s admission requirements and the financial aid process. You will also learn more about resources available to DePauw students, through our Office of Civic, Global and Professional Opportunities.
Because we maintain a highly personalized program for each of our guests, attendance at Tiger Pride Days is limited to 50 students per event. For this reason, reservations are limited to high school Seniors and are on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your spot for Tiger Pride Days, call the Office of Admission at 800.447.2495 or 765.658.4006. We look forward to you joining us for one of these special events.
Everyone should arrive at the Green Center for Performing Arts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. to check-in for the day. Student schedules will vary depending on their host’s class schedule. We will connect you with your host after check-in.
Parents will have their day planned with informational sessions and an opportunity to ask questions to DePauw University professionals.

For years DePauw University has been offering its College Planning Program for high schools and organizations at sites across the country.
Our College Planning Program materials have been featured in USA Today, College Outlook, and National Public Radio. They are so well-received that we will once again make this service available on our campus. This is your chance to combine a visit to DePauw with lively workshop sessions designed to help facilitate your college selection.
Any high school student is invited to attend, and we strongly encourage family members to join us (even younger siblings who may want to start thinking about college).
This is a day-long event that will begin with registration at 9:00 a.m. in the Green Center. An overview of the college process will begin at 9:30 a.m. Additional session topics will include:
Acting as a college admission committee member, you will review sample applications for admission and make your own decisions. Learn what factors carry the most weight in admission decisions.
You will observe several interview scenarios, and DePauw's admission staff will give you tips for improving your interviewing skills.
This presentation focuses on the admission process at DePauw University. In addition to answering your questions about DePauw, this will serve as a model for the information other colleges should provide.
We will provide a comprehensive tour of the facilities and resources available to DePauw students.
Lunch is included with a $10.00 per person registration fee.
*Please Note: If you do not see the event listed in the selection box on the online registration form, the event is either full or registration is not yet available.
As a student who has been admitted to DePauw University, you will receive an invitation to our Admitted Student Open House, which is scheduled twice yearly, once in the winter and once in the spring. During the Admitted Student Open House you will be able to meet with staff and faculty members from across campus (housing, academic departments, financial aid, etc). In addition to numerous information sessions, current students will be available to take you on tours through the campus facilities and discuss their experiences at DePauw.
We hope you and your family will join us on this very special day planned for students who have been admitted to DePauw and are considering enrollment.
