About the Cross Country Weekend Event

Life is a race….Are you ready for the race?  Are you ready to learn more about DePauw Cross Country, its athletes, coaches, and training facilities?

Then we invite you to attend the DePauw Cross Country Weekend Event on December 2 & 3, 2007.  Get to know coaches and players as well as attend classes and a take a tour of campus.  You may attend any part of the event or stay for the entire time.  We have two options for your visit on this weekend as we realize not all students will be able to make it for the entire weekend.  See options for visiting below.

Option #1 (Overnight Visit)

  • 3:00pm    Arrive at the DePauw Indoor Tennis and Track Facility

  • 3:15pm    Presentation by Head Coach Kori Stoffregen

  • 4:00pm    Tour of DePauw Nature Park (bring running gear if you want to run)

  • 6:00pm    Dinner with team

  • 7:00pm    Team Activity

Monday, December 3, 2007

  • 8:00am     Attend classes with host, individual meetings with Coach Stoffregen,
                     campus tours, and admission interviews

  • 12:00pm    Lunch with Team

  • 1:00pm      Finish tours, interviews, and leave at your leisure

  • 8:45am     Arrive at the Office of Admission for registration

  • 9:00am    Attend classes with host, individual meetings with Coach Stoffregen,
                    campus tours, and admission interviews

  • 12:00pm   Lunch with Team
