In the fall, the Nominating Committee of the Alumni Board of Directors meets to review nominations then selects award recipients that following winter. Recipients are approved by the entire Alumni Board of Directors during the spring meeting. Award winners are notified of their award, and are invited to a celebration Awards Dinner during Old Gold Weekend.
