Award Nomination Form
Thank you for taking the time to nominate a fellow alumnus/alumna for an award.
In the fall, the Nominating Committee of the Alumni Association will meet to review all submitted nominations and will select three finalists to be consisted for each award. The finalists will then be reviewed and voted on by members of the Alumni Association Board of Directors during the spring meeting. Nominations are confidential and nominees are not notified unless selected for an award.
Nominees remain on the nomination list for three years. If after three years, the nominee has not been selected, he/she may be re-nominated for another three year period.
Nominations must be received by June 30, 2014.
