Reunion Class Committee
Member Job Description

General Duties     

Members of the reunion class committee are responsible for actively participating in all aspects of the class reunion program.  This includes encouraging attendance from their living unit classmates at Alumni Reunion Weekend and encouraging their classmates’ participation in the Annual Fund.                                                                 

Specific Duties

  • Assist in planning the social aspects of the reunion (entertainment, activities, dining, etc.) in consultation with the reunion class chair/co-chairs.

  • Encourage reunion attendance from classmates through personal contacts and appropriate follow-up.

  • Encourage classmates to participate in the Annual Fund.

  • Participate personally in the Annual Fund.

  • Attend Reunion Volunteer Training Weekend.
