What's Next?

After Reunion Volunteer Training at Alumni Weekend,
you may ask "What's Next?"
Here are a few guidelines to help you in the first
60 days following training.

  • If you haven't already done so, please submit your receipts for travel expenses for reimbursement up to $400.  Download the Expense Report form and mail back to the Office of the Annual Fund. (Deadline: June 20!)

  • Continue reunion brainstorming and send your ideas to the appropriate chair(s).

  • Complete your planning worksheet.

  • Plan ahead: limited inventory of projectors, DVD players, screens, etc.

  • Mark your calendars to make sure you register on time!

  • Continue recruiting committee members for living units not yet represented.

  • Utilize committee members to research DJ's, meal preferences, meal programs, etc.

  • Committee members can create DVD's etc.

  • Set reunion dollars and participation goals.

  • Mail first reunion communication to class by October 1.  See sample letters and work closely with your class liaison.

  • Watch for a calling packet that should be mailed in October that will contain contact information of living unit classmates for use in your phone and mail contact.

  • See Reunion Program Timeline for more information.

  • Contact your class chair(s) or class liaison with any questions.  Feel free to contact your class liaison at DePauw toll free at 800-446-5298.
