The aim of the National Month of Service is to accomplish the following:  (1) facilitate interaction between alumni and their communities; (2) provide a widespread impact of service in those communities; and (3) determine how involved in volunteering and service our alumni are, to use as a model for our current students, of whom 70% partipate in service activities on a regular basis.
