Toby Butler
As listed on the Bryan Cave, LLP website, Toby's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, technology-related corporate transactions, securities regulation and general corporate compliance. He has worked with a variety of clients including special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), technology services companies, governmental entities, and other public and private companies. Toby has assisted clients with mergers, asset sales and purchases, securities sales and purchases, technology outsourcing and licensing, securities offerings, preparation of filings for the SEC, and maintenance of corporate records. Toby currently serves as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors.
