COUNCIL/CLUB LEADER OR MEMBER AWARD
NOMINATION FORM

Nominate an individual to recognize their efforts in improving the regional alumni participation through his/her individual commitment of time and/or innovative thinking. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Exhibiting excellence in leading an existing council or club.
  • Taking the lead in establishing a new council, club, or hot spot.
  • Showing an outstanding commitment to the council or club either through day-to-day involvement or significant participation with a specific event.
  • Actively participating in a council or club for several consecutive years.
  • Encouraging DePauw connections in the region by developing creative ideas for programming, facilitating their development, and being involved in the execution.

Nominations for the 2008/2009 academic year are due no later than May 1, 2009.
