Alumni can have a meaningful impact on the experience of current students and enjoy the welcoming community of DePauw alumni by staying involved with the University in a wide variety of ways.
Center for Student Engagement
Volunteering by providing career counseling, hosting student interns, or offering single-day job shadowing experiences gives you the opportunity to share your professional experiences and network with current students.
Office of Admission
Whether you choose to recommend a promising student, host a summer send-off party for incoming freshmen, or represent DePauw at local college fairs, the Admission staff would welcome your assistance.
Classes and Reunions
Class volunteers are central to maintaining connections among alumni and planning successful reunions. Class volunteers help organize events for their fellow classmates and communicate the details of planned activities to encourage as much attendance as possible.
Volunteers across the country work hard to provide fun and engaging events for alumni in their communities. They come up with event ideas and serve as hosts, while the Office of Alumni Engagement helps in the planning and execution.
Board of Directors
The Alumni Association Board of Directors are selected to represent our diverse alumni base. This group volunteers their time and talent to assist the University in areas such as regional and student engagement, career services, and admission.
The GOLD Council is a group of alumni volunteers that are selected to represent young alumni, lead the volunteer efforts of the Graduates of the Last Decade program, and promote alumni engagement and giving among young alumni.
