fifth at KIT Tournament
Jennifer Fedchak's goal late in the second half lifted DePauw to a
1-0 win over Transylvania in the consolation final of the
Kentucky-Indiana-Tennessee tournament. Erin Dodd and Kristin Serenbetz
were named to the all-tournament team. The Tigers concluded the season
with a 10-9 record.

The Tigers scored a season-high five goals against Hanover on the
way to a 5-0 victory in the consolation semifinals of the
Kentucky-Indiana-Tennessee tournament. Erin Dodd scored two goals to
lead the Tigers. DePauw faces Transylvania in the consolation finals.

DePauw dropped a 1-0 decision to Centre in the first game of the KIT
Tournament at Sewanee. Centre's Gina Preston scored on a penalty stroke
with 8:56 left in the first half for the game's only goal. The Tigers
face Hanover at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Rosemary Mundry's penalty stroke just 50 seconds into the second
overtime lifted visiting Oberlin to a 1-0 win over DePauw. The Tigers
nearly won the game in the first overtime game, but missed on a penalty
stroke of their own.

DePauw slipped to 7-6 on the season after losing a 1-0 contest to
visiting Wooster. Alanna Tryder scored the game's only goal with 13:08
left in the first half.

13th-ranked Wittenberg. Caitlin Driscoll scored the Tigers' lone goal
which tied the score at 1-1 in the first half. Wittenberg then scored
three second-half goals for the win.

The Tigers experienced both sides of fantastic finishes over the
weekend as they dropped a 2-1 decision to Denison when the Big Red
scored with just 43 seconds left, but then won by a 1-0 count on Emily
Yates' score in the first overtime.

Tigers opened season with pair of wins
DePauw began the 2002 campaign with a 2-1 win at Earlham and a 1-0
home blanking of Bellarmine. DePauw trailed Earlham 1-0, but goals by
Erin Dodd and Emily Yates lifted the Tigers to victory. Shannon Buell
and the defense recorded a shutout in the win over Bellarmine and Jane
Schaadt scored the game-winner midway through the first half.
