Six Tigers named to all-SCAC teams
Senior
goalkeeper Adam Lux and sophomore forward J.R. Foster
headed a list of six Tigers named to the all-SCAC team as
first team selections. Lux recorded 6.5 shutouts and
posted a 0.77 goals against average, while Foster shared
the team lead with eight goals and led with nine assists
and 25 points. Second team selections included freshman
forward Andy Cohen, junior defender Derron Harris,
freshman sweeper Marc Pfleging and senior midfielder
Justin Wallace.
Tigers fall to
Rose-Hulman in regular season finale
Rose-Hulman's
Tony Mock scored in the 37th minute to give the visiting
Engineers all they needed in a 1-0 win over DePauw in the
regular-season finale. The Tigers outshot Rose-Hulman
13-8 and held an 8-5 margin in corners.

DePauw and Sewanee
tie
The Tigers
entered Sunday's game at Boswell Field in control of
their own SCAC and postseason destiny, but after a 1-1
tie with Sewanee they're going to have some help. J.R.
Foster gave the Old Gold a 1-0 lead late in the first
half on an assist from Richie Schreiner. Sewanee tied the
game in the 76th minute on Scott Polancich's score. The
teams then battled through regulation and two overtime
periods to the tie. The Tigers are now 13-3-2 on the
season and conclude SCAC and regular-season play next
Saturday by hosting Rose-Hulman.

Tigers beat Centre
4-1; remain in first-place tie in SCAC
Freshman Andy
Cohen played a part in all four Tiger goals with one
score and three assists as he Tigers beat visiting Centre
4-1. The Tigers jumped out to a 2-0 halftime lead and
scored twice in the second before the Colonels scored in
the final three minutes. Craig Myers, J.R. Foster and
Richie Schreiner each added single goals and Foster an
assist.

DePauw tops Anderson
in overtime
Andy Cohen's
goal in overtime was the difference as the Tigers won at
Anderson 3-2. The win lifts the Tigers record to 12-3-1.
Tigers top
17th-ranked Denison 2-1 at Boswell Field
The Tigers
fell behind 1-0 in the first five minutes of the game,
but battled back with two first-half scores and held on
to take a 2-1 win over visiting Denison University.
Corbin Sutton scored the first goal with an assist from
Mark Pfleging and J.R. Foster added the game-winner on an
assist from Andy Cohen. With the victory, the Tigers
improved to 11-3-1 on the season.

to improve to 10-3-1
Craig Myers
and Andy Cohen scored for the Tigers as the Old Gold held
on for a 2-1 win at Millsaps in SCAC play. Myers put the
Tigers ahead with a first-half free kick before the
Majors knotted the score early in the second. Cohen
scored the game-winner with an assist from Brendan Landry
in the 58th minute.

Richie Schreiner scored
twice, while Corbin Sutton, J.R. Foster and Ryan Winkler
each added one goal in the Tigers' 5-0 SCAC win at
Oglethorpe. Adam Lux and Tad DeBord combined for the
shutout.
Rhodes hands Tigers
first SCAC loss
Host Rhodes
College scored once in each half to knock the Tigers from
the unbeaten ranks in SCAC play with a 2-0 win.

J.R. Foster
scored once and assisted on another goal as the Tigers
shut out Hanover 3-0 at Boswell Field. Adam Lux and Tad
DeBord were in goal for the Tigers' sixth shutout of the
season. Kenneth Cochran and Andy Cohen also scored for
the Tigers with Craig Myers and Derron Harris adding

with 26 seconds left
The Tigers'
bid to end Earlham's unbeaten season came to a halt with
26 seconds left as the Quakers put in the winning goal.
Andy Cohen scored for the Tigers with 8:50 left on
a penalty kick to knock the score at 1-1 before the
Quakers pulled out the win.
Tigers knock off
Southwestern to complete weekend sweep
The Tigers
jumped out to a 2-0 lead on goals by Brendan Landry and
Justin Wallace, but the Pirates battled back to tie the
game. Ryan Winkler provided the game-winner with 19
minutes remaining.

13th-ranked Trinity in SCAC opener
Phil Smith's
penalty kick at the 58:33 mark gave the Tigers the needed
margin in defeating visiting Trinity, 2-1, at Boswell
Field. Smith's shot came as a result of J.R. Foster being
taken down in the box. Foster earlier assisted on Richie
Schreiner's first-half goal. The 13th-ranked Trinity
Tigers tied the score at one just 11:31 into the second
half before Smith's game-winner just two minutes later.

Tigers rebound
with 0-0 tie against top-ranked Bishops
The Tigers
were outshot 30-6 by top-ranked and defending Division
III champion Ohio Wesleyan, but came away with a 0-0 tie.
Adam Lux posted his fourth shutout of the season.
19th-ranked Tigers
fall to rival Wabash, 1-0
Carlos
Aguirre's header off of Todd Brown's corner in the 42nd
minute was all visiting Wabash needed in defeating DePauw
for the second time in as many years, 1-0. The win was
just the Little Giants 11th all-time in 35 tries
against the Tigers and was the 16th match between the two
schools decided by one goal.

20th-ranked Tigers
improve to 3-0 with third straight shutout
Goalkeeper
Adam Lux recorded his third shutout of the season as the
Tigers improved to 3-0 with a 2-0 win at Bates. Craig
Myers scored at the 16:12 mark on a penalty kick and Phil
Smith scored on a header from Ken Cochran at 67:31 to
give the Old Gold the victory. Lux deflected a Bates
penalty kick with just over five minutes left to preserve
the win. The Tigers are ranked 20th in the first
NSCAA poll of the season and host Wabash at 3 p.m. on
Wednesday.
Tigers off to 2-0
start with shutout win at Colby
Freshman
Chris Kessler scored his first collegiate goal five
minutes into the second half as the Tigers won their
second straight game by a 1-0 score. Kessler's goal was
assisted by sophomore J.R. Foster. Senior Adam Lux
recorded his second shutout in goal.
Tigers open season
with 1-0 win over Calvin
J.R. Foster's
early goal was all the Tigers needed as Adam Lux posted a
shutout in the team's opening game of the season.
