Amanda Graeser gave the hosts a 1-0 lead on Clare Nelson-Johnson's assist just 5:36 into the game before Amanda Artman made it 2-0 at 27:21 on Eileen Barrer's assist. Addie McDonnell scored DePauw's only goal with 11:50 remaining in the second half.
Wooster held a 13-10 edge in shots, while DePauw led, 12-10, in penalty corners.
DePauw returns to action on Friday, October 23, when it travels to Memphis for a 6:30 p.m. CDT contest with Rhodes.
