Heidi Harnisch led the Titans with 17 points followed by Hannah MeHarry with 16, Katie Blonn with 14 and Amanda Glerum with 12.
Washington advances to Saturday's 4 p.m. championship game, while Illinois Wesleyan will play in the 2 p.m. consolation contest.
