The Tigers improved to 11-2 overall and 5-1 in SCAC and claimed the top spot in the conference. Hendrix dropped to 4-8 overall and 1-5 in the conference.
Beth Seegers scored at 12:40 on Katie Sowar's assist before Meredith Ellis added a second score at 49:28 on Kimberly Trainor's assist.
The Tigers outshot the Warriors, 15-9, while Hendrix held an 8-7 edge in corners. DePauw's Liz Attewell recorded one save in goal for her fourth shutout and Alyssa Havens totaled six for the Warriors.
DePauw sits atop the SCAC standings and travels to Rhodes for a Sunday contest.
