October 9, 2009, Conway, Ark. — Alex Ehr's goal just 1:10 into the contest was the difference in the game as DePauw defeated Hendrix by a 1-0 count. The Tigers improved to 4-5-3 overall and 2-1-1 in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference, while the Warriors dropped to 7-3 overall and 2-1 in the SCAC.
Dana Sprague was credited with the assist on the game-winning goal. DePauw held a 10-3 advantage in shots and a 5-1 margin in corners.
Lauren Palfrey and Caroline Kerr split time in goal and Kerr had two saves. Allison Mosley totaled nine save for Hendrix.
DePauw travels to Rhodes for a Sunday contest.
