The Tigers (11-3, 6-1) remained in first place in the SCAC with their fifth straight win. Trinity fell to 10-3 overall and 4-2 in the conference and had their five-game wins streak snapped.
DePauw shot 58 percent from the floor in the first half as Meredith Miles scored 14 points and grabbed six boards over the first 20 minutes. The Tigers scored the game's first six points and led by as many as 21 at 36-15 with 3:43 left.

"Trinity really came back strong in the second half and we were lucky to have built the lead we did early in the game," DePauw coach Kris Huffman said.
Rush paced the Tigers with 21 points followed by MacKay and Miles with 16 apiece. Miles finished with nine rebounds as DePauw held a 39-29 advantage on the boards. Megan Selmon paced Trinity with 18 points, while Mollie Fitzgerald added 12.
