DePauw's season comes to a close,
just barely, at NCAA Regional
The Tigers placed fourth at the regional championships hosted by
Kalamazoo, by just eight points, and failed to qualify for the NCAA
Division III Championship. Natalie Schaffer led the Tigers with a 13th
place showing in 18:43.7.

Tiger men headed to NCAA Championships for
first time; women just miss
For the first time in
school history, the DePauw men's cross country team has earned a spot in
the NCAA Division III Championship. The Tigers placed third at the
Regional hosted by Kalamazoo and earned a spot in the field. The women
placed fourth and just missed qualifying by eight points.
Tigers finish second at SCAC Championships
The Tigers placed second at the SCAC Championships with 42 points to
first-place Rhodes which finished with 38. Natalie Shaffer placed second
in 19:13.22, while Lindsay Bruick was seventh in 19:43.77 and Erin Toth
placed eighth in 19:45.22 to round out DePauw's all-conference
performances.
DePauw finishes ninth at Wisconsin-Parkside
Behind Lindsay Bruick's 20th place finish in 19:25 and Katy
Quirk's 29th place showing in 19:35, the Tigers finished ninth at the
University of Wisconsin-Parkside Invitational.

Tigers place eighth at
Augustana Invitational
DePauw finished eighth at the Brissman Lundeen Invitational hosted by
Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. Leading the way for the Tigers
were Lindsay Bruick in 26th place in 18:46 and Katy Quirk in 33rd in
18:58.

DePauw wins Little
State title; places fifth overall at Indiana Intercollegiates
The Tigers
finished first among all non-Division I schools to win the Little
State portion of the Indiana Intercollegiates hosted by Purdue.
Natalie Shaffer placed fourth with Lindsay Bruick finishing
seventh.

Tigers ranked 25th in Division III
In the first national
poll of the year, the Tigers are ranked 25th in NCAA Division III
competition.
DePauw wins second straight invitational
DePauw's Natalie Shaffer and Lindsay Bruick placed first and second,
respectively, at the Great Lakes College Association Championships to
power the Tigers to the team title with 42 points to runner-up Kenyon's
53. Shaffer finished in 20:16 with Bruick right behind in 20:19. Katy
Quirk was sixth in 20:46, Erin Toth finished eighth in 20:55 and Micah
Ling placed 25th in 21:56.
DePauw finishes
Tigers repeat as Hokum-Karem champions
DePauw captured the Wabash Hokum-Karem title for the second
consecutive year with seven points to runner-up Millikin's 20. Lindsay
Bruick and Natalie Shaffer combined to win individual honors in a time of
23:47. Katy Quirk and Betsy App placed second in 24:15, while Amber
Manriquez and Erin Toth were fourth in 24:54.
