Lisa Link, a former graduate assistant coach for women's soccer and lacrosse at North Central College (Ill.), joined the DePauw staff in the summer of 2012 as assistant to the Theodore Katula Director of Athletics..

Link is responsible for coordinating all transportation requests for the department, assisting with budget oversight, ensuring proper event staff supervision and event set up and will be heavily-involved with special events, including, but not limited to, the Monon Bell game and the celebration of National Girls and Women in Sports Day.

At North Central, Link was responsible for coordinating the recruitment of over 250 prospects and off-campus travel preparation throughout the United States. Additionally, she was game manager for women's soccer and lacrosse matches on campus and maintained a relationship with Friends of Jaclyn, a non-profit organization designed to pair terminally-ill children with athletic teams.

Link took part in many professional development opportunities in the past few years, attending the North Central College (Ill.) Student Debt Seminar, the NCAA Education and Training Symposium and the Women's Leadership Symposium and was certified in First Aid in 2010.

A 2009 graduate of North Central College (Ill.) with a degree in psychology, Link went on to earn a master's degree in leadership from her alma mater in 2012.

As an undergraduate at North Central College (Ill.), Link was a member of the women's soccer team for the duration of her time on campus, being named captain her final two seasons. She was also a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (2005-09), a Student-Athlete Mentor (2008-09), the Senior Influence Award winner (2009), a recipient of the Merle Chapman Student Leadership Award and a presenter of undergraduate research at Rall Symposium.
