The Iron Tiger is awarded to the Senior Male and Female Strength and Conditioning Student-Athletes of the Year.
The Iron Tiger:

Demonstrates a Personal Commitment and sincere effort towards improving Athletic Prowess through the use of Strength and Conditioning

Demonstrates Leadership in the Strength and Conditioning Program

Shows Improvement in his/her sport due to gains made in Strength and Conditioning
Iron Tiger Qualities:

Pride – focusing not on surpassing the abilities of others, but rather to surpass any expectation of his/her own abilities; to go beyond what is thought possible

Optimism – attempting the difficult to attain the impossible; seeing obstacles and difficulty as opportunity
