Primary Focus

  • Rope Training (add tire flips as the weather gets nicer)

 

Wednesday: 4:15PM - 5:45ish (1-30, 2-6, 2-13, 2-20, 2-27)

Primary Focus

  • Plyometrics
  • Agility or Ropes
