Volleyball Agility Drills

 

Perform 3-4 Drills from below.  Following the directions given for each drill.  Perform these drills twice per week.  One performance should be coupled with the 40-Yard Shuttle Conditioning Drill

 

Box Drills

Set up a box that is 5yds x 5yds.  Some drills will require a central cone in the middle of the square.  Perform 5 sets of each drill you select

  • Perimeter Slide-Run-Run
  • Center 4-Corner Dig
  • Center 2-Corner Sprint-Backpedal-Sprint
  • Center 2-Corner Backpedal-Sprint-Backpedal
  • 3 Corner Drill

Cone Drills

Perform 5 sets of each drill you select

  • 5 Cone Shuffle
  • Snake Shuffle
  • Snake Shuffle and Sprint
