Tigers Travel to Sewanee for SCAC Contest

werntzaction.jpgFebruary 20, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw takes to the road for the final weekend of Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play prior to the conference tournament when it travels to Sewanee for a Friday, February 22, game. Tipoff from the Juhan Gymnasium in Sewanee, Tenn., is set for 8 p.m. CST.

DePauw enters the contest with an 18-5 record and 9-3 in the SCAC following last Saturday's 69-66 loss to Centre. Sewnee is 7-16 overall and 1-11 in SCAC play.

With wins over Sewanee and Oglethorpe this weekend, DePauw can clinch the SCAC Eastern Division's second seed and clinch the back-to-back 20-win seasons for the first time since 1987.
