DePauw Travels to Butler for Sunday Exhibition

October 31, 2009, Greencastle, Ind. — The DePauw men's basketball team makes a trip to historic Hinkle Fieldhouse tomorrow evening where they'll take on Division I's 10th-ranked Butler Bulldogs. Tipoff is set for 7:05 p.m. and WGRE will carry the game live.
The Bulldogs are coached by Brad Stevens '99 who lettered all four years and played in all 101 games for current DePauw head coach Bill Fenlon from 1995-99.
DePauw returns 11 of 12 lettermen including four starters from last year's 19-7 team. Senior forwards Tom Callen (13.7 ppg/6.5 rpg) and David Gray as well as senior guard Tony James (7.6 ppg, 3.3 apg) and junior guard Steve Lemasters (9.0 ppg, 42.6% 3FG) lead the way for the Tigers.
Head coach Bill Fenlon enters his 18th season with the Tigers and 25th overall as a head coach. His DePauw teams have posted a 288-155, while overall Fenlon is 395-224.

Upper level adults tickets are $9 and upper level youth seats (age 3-12) are $6. Tickets are also available at the gate which opens at 5:30 p.m.
