Pruitt Named to D3football.com Team of the Week

_D2X3079.jpgSeptember 20, 2007, Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw senior cornerback has been named to the D3football.com Team of the Week following last week's 38-7 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference win over Centre.

Pruitt added two interceptions in the win at raise his season total to a Division III-leading four. He returned those two interceptions a total of 69 yards including a 45-yarder later in the first half which set up the Tigers's second score. He also broke up a pass and recorded four tackles.

For the season, Pruitt leads the nation with 2.0 interceptions per game.

DePauw (2-0, 1-0 SCAC) travels to Sewanee on Saturday. LISTEN LIVE
