Valdiserri Named to D3football.com Team of the Week

valdiserrimononint.jpgNovember 20, 2008, Greencastle, Ind. -DePauw freshman cornerback Steve Valdiserri was selected to the D3football.com Team of the Week for his performance in DePauw's 36-14 win over second-ranked and previously unbeaten Wabash in the Monon Bell game.

Valdiserri intercepted a pair of passes in the first half which led to 13 DePauw points. He also recorded six tackles including two solos and broke up two passes.

DePauw finished the season with its second straight 8-2 season after winning its fourth straight game.
