Tigers win rain-shortened Anderson Invitational

DePauw shot a 309 and finished four strokes ahead of Franklin and won the rain-shortened Anderson Invitational.
Josh Abrams led the Tigers with a 75 which was good for a third-place tie. Jay Burkhardt tied for fifth with a 76, while Matt Arient finished in a tie for seventh with a 77. Brian Gooch tied for 15th with an 81 and Michael Bergerson tied for 24th with an 85. Thomas More's Mark Krahe and Franklin's Tim Fish shared medalist honors as each shot a 73.
The Tigers return to action at the Franklin Invitational, September 28-29.
