Hasser, a four-year member of the Indiana University (Bloomington) club lacrosse team, has a long history of playing and coaching the sport of lacrosse.
While working as director and head coach of the Hoosier Lacrosse program, Hasser was in charge of running youth travel squads and managing tournaments consisting of over 20 teams.
Among his many highlights while working with Hoosier Lacrosse, Hasser’s biggest achievement came when his squad went undefeated at the Laxinnati lacrosse tournament.
Prior to working with Hoosier Lacrosse, Hasser coached two years at the prep level, one at Bloomington High School and the most recent at Center Grove High School.
In his time at Center Grove Hasser was the teams Offensive Coordinator and head coach of the junior varsity squad. In his short stint with the Trojans, he helped lead the team to their first playoff appearance and a top-ten state ranking, while helping tutor the state’s leading goal scorer.
Hasser’s first year at the prep level was in Bloomington (Ind.) as he was named the team’s Offensive Coordinator and Assistant Head Coach. He put his stamp on the program from the beginning through his practice design and game plans that led to the squads first ever winning record, a top-15 ranking in the state of Indiana and four players named to the all-state squad for the first time in school history.
A 2010 graduate of Indiana University, Hasser majored in telecommunications and sports broadcasting with a minor in coaching.
