March 21, 2008, Oxford, Ohio - DePauw's 200-yard medley relay of Steve Klabak, Josh Baugh, Rob Alexander and John Cook has advanced to tonight's consolation finals after finishing ninth in 1:32.97. After entering the Championships seeded  19th, they missed the finals by just .18 seconds and set a school record in the process.

Alexander earned a spot in tonight's 100 butterfly finals after tying for seventh in the prelims in a school-record 49.40 seconds. Cook will compete in this evening's consolation finals of the 200 freestyle after finishng 16th in the prelims in a school-record 1:41.60.

Finals for these events take place this evening as well as the finals for the 800 free relay.
