Alvo wins singles title; Herrick and Tesic take doubles championship

Brian Alvo of Washington (Mo.) University defeated teammate Ari Rosenthal 6-1, 6-4 to win the 2003 ITA Small College Central Region Men's Singles championship. In doubles play, the team of Mike Herrick and Borko Tesic of Kenyon beat Michael Malvitz and Julian Seelan of Kalamazoo 3-6, 6-4, (10-0 super tiebreak third set).
