Kuresman wins both matches in consolation bracket and places fifth at ITA Championships

FORT MYERS, Fla. - DePauw senior Marshall Kuresman won both matches in the consolation bracket of the 2004 Intercollegiate Tennis Association Small College Championships to place fifth in the national tournament hosted by Florida Gulf Coast University.

 

Kuresman defeated Paul Bristow of Mary Washington 6-4, 6-4 in the first match and then rallied to beat Partha Bhattacharya of Rochester 3-6, 6-2, 7-6 (7-1) in the fifth-place match.
