DePauw men win fourth straight SCAC title; Wellman defends individual championship

The DePauw men swept the 2003 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference team and individual championships in the conference meet held at the LaVern Gibson Course, just east of Terre Haute.

 

DePauw totaled 29 points and placed ahead of Trinity with 58, Rhodes with 85 and Centre with 86. 

 

Individually, DePauw junior Graham Wellman successfully defended his 2002 title by covering the 8,000 meters in 25:49.75. DePauw's Simon Flory was runner-up in the men's competition in 26:02.27.
