Top seed DePauw hoping to get back to NCAA Championship

2004basketballlogo.jpgThe 22-3 DePauw women's basketeball team opens play in the 2004 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference tournament on Friday, February 27, when it takes on Oglethorpe University. Tipoff for the quarterfinal contest is set for 6 p.m. CST at Memphis University School in Memphis. The semifinals and final will be at Rhodes College.

 

The Tigers are ranked eighth in the latest coaches poll and ninth by D3hoops.com and have won 12 straight. Oglethorpe is 7-18 overall and 3-11 in the SCAC.
